No.
You are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining your own valid subscription(s) to the applicable federal and/or state Do Not Call registries, including the National Do Not Call Registry maintained by the FTC.
SmartCarrier.io provides the scrubbing technology — but we do not provide registry subscriptions or subscriber account numbers (SANs).
What is required to use the DNC scrubbing service?
To use SmartCarrier.io’s DNC service, you must:
Maintain an active subscription with the appropriate federal and/or state registries
Provide your own active Subscriber Account Number (SAN)
Ensure your telemarketing practices comply with applicable federal, state, and local laws (including TCPA)
We do not issue or manage SANs on your behalf.
